Dual Language Learners (DLL) Scholarship
A "how to" guide to help you navigate the application process for the Dual Language Learners Scholarship.
What is the Dual Language Learners (DLL) Scholarship?
The DLL Child Care Scholarship helps families whose home language is not English. It gives free or low-cost, high-quality child care for children aged 0–12, while parents work, go to school, train, or attend ESL, mental health, or substance-abuse programs. This ensures children who speak another language get the support they need.
