Early Learning Scholarship Program
A "how to" guide to help you navigate the application process for the Early Learning Scholarship Program.
What is the Minnesota Early Learning Scholarships Program?
The Minnesota Early Learning Scholarships Program helps families with young children access high-quality early childhood programs that prepare kids for kindergarten. The program offers financial scholarships for children from birth to age 4 who face barriers to school readiness. Scholarships can be used at eligible early learning programs rated through Parent Aware, Minnesota’s quality rating system. Funding prioritizes children experiencing homelessness, in foster care, in need of protective services, or with other high-risk factors.
