A "how to" guide to help you navigate the application process for the Family Support Program.

What is the Family Support Program (FSP)?

The Family Support Program (FSP), run by Child Care Network—a nonprofit serving Southeast Michigan—offers child-care scholarships to families with children aged birth to 14. It's designed to help those who are working, enrolling in school or job training, seeking employment, caring for grandchildren, or experiencing a life crisis. The program ensures children can access high-quality, licensed early learning environments while parents maintain work or education goals.
